Acceptance
By using this website or any Where on Earth company app (client, employee, field, office, or HR), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
What this website is
Where on Earth Surveying is a company in preparation. This website provides information about planned services and a "Request a Survey" form for future project inquiries. Submitting that form is not a booking, quote, estimate, or contract. Nothing on this site is a professional determination or a price quote until we confirm it with you directly, in writing.
Professional surveying work
All surveying work is performed under the responsible charge of an appointed Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Any preliminary mapping, parcel information, or software-assisted "look points" referenced on this site or in the company apps (including BoundaryIQ) are search aids only — they are not verified property corners and not a professional boundary determination. A real boundary determination requires research, field evidence, professional analysis, and review by the responsible PLS.
Company app access
The client, employee, field, office, and HR apps are private company systems. There is no public registration — accounts are created by the company for authorized clients, employees, and contractors, matched to their role. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when a job assignment, employment, or client relationship ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to access any part of the Services you're not authorized for, interfere with their operation, or use information from them for any purpose outside your authorized role.
No warranty
Where on Earth Surveying is in preparation. Service descriptions on this site describe our intended direction, not a guarantee of availability, scope, pricing, or scheduling. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Where on Earth Surveying is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the company apps. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Pennsylvania law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms as the company and its Services develop. The date above reflects the most recent update.
